Energy efficiency improvement has always been one of the aims of our organisation, as stated in our quality, environmental and energy policy.
In order to achieve this objective, Cadagua implemented in 2014 a standardised Energy Management System regarding international standard UNE-EN ISO 50001, integrating this in the Quality, Environment and R&D&I Management System implemented in Cadagua according to international standards UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 14001 and Spanish standard UNE 166002.
The Energy Management System requires proof of the commitment of the company to improve its energy performance. This improvement is carried out by means of an action plan designed to reduce the emissions produced by our activities, as we are aware of our contribution towards climate change.
The requirements deriving from the System are the best guarantee we can offer Clients, the Administration and Society as a whole regarding our commitment towards sustainable development.
The System has undergone the certification process by SGS, and it follows as well an internal audit by a qualified team of auditors independent from the production line
