Cadagua O&M Workshops
Cadagua’s technical and coordination Operation and Maintenance workshops took place last Thursday 30th November at the Ribera del Loira headquarters in Madrid. They were attended by some 50 people from the Quality, Environmental and R&D&I, Health and Safety, Procurement and Contracting Departments, while also by Plant Managers and Area Managers, those mainly managing the contracts corresponding to this increasingly important speciality in our national market.
The contents of the workshops focussed on improving the Health and Safety conditions in order to attain the zero accident goal, to optimise contract management by means of using synergies and our bargaining strength with suppliers, complying with and contributing value to our clients, and innovating for managed asset value creation.
The premises of the South WWTP in Madrid, the largest plant in the capital operated by Cadagua for its client Canal YII, were visited on Friday 1st to share experience and knowledge on the distinctive features of a plant of such size, such as power generation using biogas for self-consumption (over 95%) and the latest phosphorus recovery technologies (struvite).
