Cadagua Joins the #CEOforDiversity Alliance Led by Fundación Adecco and Fundación CEOE
Cadagua have joined the #CEOforDiversity Alliance initiative. The goal of this initiative is to promote diversity policies inside the company. This signing is one of the many events celebrating the Adecco Foundation’s 20th Anniversary.
The gala, held at the Museum Reina Sofía in Madrid, was honored to have Their Majesties the King and Queen of Spain in attendance, as well as the Minister of Employment, Migration, and Social Security, Magdalena Valerio Cordero. Besides the attendance of , Pablo Riesco, Antonio Garamendi, president of the CEOE; Enrique Sánchez, president of the Adecco Foundation; and José Isaías Rodriguez, a supporter of the Adecco Foundation, were present. Together they presented the #CEOforDiversity Alliance, which 60 CEOs from large companies in Spain have joined.
The aim of this Alliance is to bring CEOs of leading companies in Spain together around a common, innovative view of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). The signatory CEOs will act as ambassadors to help accelerate the development of strategies that foster business excellence and competitive talent in Spain, and help reduce inequality and exclusion in the Spanish society.
In addition to the support, the #CEOforDiversity Alliance, has been signed by Jorge Caro, the General Secretary of Airbus; Cristina de Parias Halcón, General Manager at BBVA; Francisco Bermúdez, CEO of CapGemini; Pedro Miró Roig, Vice-President CEO of Cepsa, among others.
