San Pedro del Pinatar

This innovative project is included as part of the Sanitation Programs of the Mar Menor Norte. With a treatment capacity of 20,000 m3/h, it is one of the longest serving municipal waste water MBR facilities in Spain.

The WWTP was built on the same site as the existing plant. The construction works were carefully planned to ensure the water treatment proces as the project progressed.

Since its opening, Cadagua has also been responsible for operation and maintenance work, which has provided an excellent training platform for operating membrane bioreactors.
